Every year, thousands of people submit their work to the Royal Academy to compete for a small space on the walls of London's revered institution. British contemporary artist and fellow academician Grayson Perry was tasked with selecting over 1300 artworks for the 2018 Summer Show, now on view until August 19.
We met with Grayson Perry, known for his ceramics, to ask about his definition of kitsch, a £350m Banksy, and if painting is really dead.
